Hi there!
My name is Sunset. I am a beautiful, 4-year-old Pittie mix girl. I weigh 48 pounds, but I could stand to gain a few pounds. I have had a rough last few weeks. I was hit by a car and then picked up by Animal Control. Lucky for me, the awesome folks at Rescue One sprung me from the pound and fixed me up. I am still recuperating, but will good as new in no time.
I am such a good girl! I am house trained and crate trained, and I do great on a leash too! I haven't gotten to meet any other dogs or cats yet, but I can be dog and cat tested before I am adopted. I get along with kids, but bigger, sturdier kiddos would probably be best, since I'm a pretty big girl. I love to snuggle, and I know several commands. My ideal home has a fenced yard, but since I'm pretty quiet and do so well on a leash, I could be fine living in an apartment, as long as I get plenty of daily exercise and time to be able to run off-leash on a regular basis.
