You must be 25 yrs of age or older to adopt through us. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out locally.

Summer was born approx May 3rd 2020. She is active, love to run and play. Due to energy level and rough play we are asking any children in the home be 12 or older and require a physically fenced in yard to safely run off the energy. She is good with other dogs, has not been around a cat, expect she would be a typical puppy and try to play with cat and cats tend not to appreciate that. She will need someone willing to work with her to continue training. Foster is currently working on house training. We expect her to be around 60 lbs as an adult. An adoption application must be filled out to meet one. All four are with same foster so she would help select best match for home.
They will be scheduled for spaying and final vet care and available for adoption once that is complete but we will look at fostering to adopt until that time. You must live within 40 min of Rochester to adopt one of these girls.

All animals are kept in foster homes so there is no shelter for you to visit animal. Please go to https://new2urescue.org/adoption/adoption-application/ if you would like to meet the foster animal or learn more.

All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.

Adoption fees:
Puppy to 1 yr of age: $350 to $400
1 yr to 6 yrs of age: $250 -$400
6 yrs to 8 yrs of age: $200 -350
Over 9 yrs of age: Adoption fee varies
*NOTE* Purebreds and Designer breeds, regardless of age are $325 to $400
