Sugar's story didn't start sweet.<br/><br/>She was rescued from severe neglect by the American Humane Society from a property overrun with dogs that were breeding unchecked. When she was found, she had a massive abscess on her neck from a bite wound caused by a larger dog. It was painful, infected, and a clear sign of the conditions she had been living in.<br/><br/>But that chapter is behind her now.<br/><br/>Sugar is safe with Flying B Animal Rescue, healing, and finally getting the chance to just be a carefree puppy.<br/><br/>She's settling beautifully into foster life and showing everyone what a gentle soul she is. Sugar is crate trained, housebroken, and working on her leash skills like a champ. She loves playing with the other Flying B dogs and is cat-friendly too.<br/><br/>Her personality is incredibly sweet and submissive - so much so that she'll happily roll over and submit to her tiny 8-lb puppy roommate.<br/><br/>Sugar's absolute favorite thing is getting attention, pets, and cuddles from kids.
