**Meet Sugar!**<br/><br/>Sugar is a 2-year-old, 20 lb sato who was rescued from Puerto Rico and flew into New Jersey on June 27th. She is now settling into her foster home in Connecticut while she waits for her forever family.<br/><br/>With her adorable sato ears and gentle soul, Sugar is sure to steal your heart. She is still a bit timid but is making great progress every day. She's walking better on a leash, doing well with house training, and is excellent in her crate.<br/><br/>Sugar is comfortable having other dogs around but prefers they respect her space. Because she's still building her confidence, she would do best in a calm home without young children.<br/><br/>Sugar is looking for a patient family who will let her blossom at her own pace.
