Are you drooling over me? Let me show you how it’s done — drooling is my special talent! I’m Stormie, an 110+ pound, 18 month old Saint Bernard mix who can shake my head and get my drool to land on my ears and the top of my head...like I said, talent!

I know you are too embarrassed to ask but you are wondering, a big dog like me...is she housebroken? The answer to that is a resounding yes! I will even scratch at the door and pace to let you know I have to go. I am pretty smart for such a youngster, I already know sit, down and go potty. Since I am very well behaved, my foster does not crate me. I will sleep on the floor or the couch, wherever I happen to be when I get tired.

Speaking of my foster, she has introduced me to lots of dogs of all sizes and types and even a cat. I got along with everyone (I enjoy the company but am not a big player). Actually, I was the least interested in the cat which suited it just fine.

I LOVE to be outside during the winter and I LOVE to eat snow. I am good on a leash so it should be fun for the both of us. Oh, and I should mention that I am also exceedingly fond of cheese, petting, and attention.

So stop your drooling and fill out an application now on me, Stormie! I’ll be at the show this Saturday; look for the very sweet, easy going, slobbery, goober queen.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, you must send an application or email us at adoptions@sccrescue.org prior to a Saturday Adoption Event so we know you plan on attending. If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)

The breed or breed mix listed for each dog is simply a guess. The profile software program requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. However, visual breed identification is unreliable. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog’s individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess. Dogs are individuals.
