Stitch's Story

Stitch is a one-of-a-kind little guy with a big heart and a sensitive soul. Around 6 years old and about 25 pounds, he’s believed to be a mix of French Bulldog, Shih Tzu, and maybe a bit of terrier, giving him a unique look and an even more unique personality.

Stitch has been loved since he was a puppy and is now looking for a new home through no fault of his own. His family is going through a housing crisis and is heartbroken to have to let him go.

At his core, Stitch is a loyal, affectionate companion who forms deep bonds with his people. Once he feels safe, he loves being close, soaking up pets, and enjoying his favorite treats (Greenies and bacon are at the top of his list).

He can be nervous with new people and unfamiliar situations, so he’ll need a calm, patient home that will let him adjust at his own pace. A quieter household without small children will help him feel most secure.

Stitch would do best as the only pet where he can fully relax and not feel overwhelmed. He finds comfort in having his own safe space and currently likes to hang out in his crate with the door open. Regular exercise is important for him, as he can get a little mischievous with blankets if he has extra energy.

Stitch may take a little time to come out of his shell, but for someone who understands shy dogs, he will become a deeply loyal and loving best friend.

If you are interested in adopting, please copy/paste the link below in your internet browser to submit an application.

https://form.jotform.com/50488470409157
