Stella Pit Bull Terrier Mix Indianapolis, IN

Hi, my name is Stella. Not sure exact date when I was born but I am just a tad over a year old. I am one of the sweetest most loveable pups you will ever meet! I am so smart that within the first day I was potty trained and never had an accident. I just ring the bell and someone lets me outside and I go potty. I know all the basic stuff like sit, stay, down, come and focus. My mom gives my two sisters and I, each an egg for breakfast and we have to sit and look at it and wait until she says ok and then we can eat it. I will also look at a treat in my parents hand and not touch it until I am told it is ok.
I love to cuddle lots! I make eye contact when you are talking to me so you know that I hear and understand. I know I am boasting a lot but I just want you to know how great I am!
The sad truth is that when I came to live here, my parents already had two other older dogs. We got along great in the beginning but I think being a puppy I didn’t understand when I was being a bit much. Like a younger sibling I began to pester and torment until they let me know loud and clear I was too much. I just didn’t get it and it got me in trouble. So my parents thought that maybe I would do better as an only child or with an older docile playmate (don’t know how I would do with cats, never even seen one). I just don’t do good with a strong dominate playmate as I don’t know the signs of when to stop. I am a little timid when it comes to new people but I warm up once I get to know them, it just takes a little time. Once I get to know them I will be best buddies. I love to go for walks and do very well on a leash. I also love to run and play as my parents have a large yard in the country and I have a lot of room to run and play. I also love going for car rides to get treats from the bank and Starbucks.
