Hey, this is Stella!<br/>An American Bulldog female, about 18 months old and 45lb<br/><br/>The background:<br/>Stella was found in Texas in the middle of the night, chased in the rain by a few male dogs in a bad neighborhood.<br/>Neighbors told us she used to have an owner but they abandoned her and she had babies on the street and they all died. <br/>A kind lady noticed her, stopped, and called us. Stella immediately jumped into her car!<br/>We rushed Stella to the emergency veterinarian. She had a painful ear infection, patches of missing fur, and was still in heat and bleeding.<br/><br/>Now:<br/>Stella has recovered beautifully and is now in a private foster home in Texas with kids, dogs, and a cat. (She will be delivered to your state and area.)<br/><br/>About her:<br/>+Well behaved, house broken and quiet. <br/>+Crate trained <br/>+Leash trained <br/>+Potty trained <br/>+Quiet and polite <br/>+Super dog friendly (she can be a little shy at first introduction)<br/>+Friendly with the cat (but he doesn't want to play with her). <br/>+Good with kids. <br/>+Love's car rides. <br/>+Listen well with amazing recall <br/>+Motivation: Love, treats, toys and play time with other dogs. <br/><br/>Personality:<br/>+Happy-go-lucky type of gal, affectionate, she is silly goose and goofy sometimes, but 100% eager to please, and a good dog girl! <br/><br/>*<br/>Stella is now completely vetted: updated on all her vaccinations, preventatives and dewormed, full blood work completed, 4DX, spayed, microchipped, and she has received her first round of Heartworm treatment using the Slow Kill (Moxi-Doxi) protocol, she will need to complete her treatment in her forever home! <br/>*<br/><br/><br/>Kind Spirits is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue in Texas. We pull dogs from kill shelters, owner surrenders, street abandonments, and neglect cases.
