This behavior appears to be driven by his natural herding instincts rather than aggression-he has never tried to hurt a cat-but his instincts are something his adopter will need to understand and manage.<br/>And when adventure time is over? Stein is happy to let you know that snacks are always welcome. He absolutely loves food and will never say no to a treat! His adoption fee is $300.<br/><br/>Stein is in the Paws in Prison program, where he receives basic obedience training. He will graduate from Paws in Prison on 11/21/2026. The dogs in this program are provided basic level training under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. So, there will be an adjustment period as they adjust to their new family schedule.<br/><br/>For this reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive his training journal.
