Starr's Story
Starr is a one year old spayed female Whippet/Italian Greyhound mix. She was transferred to us from an overcrowded shelter in Puerto Rico after being found abandoned on the coast with loads of ant bites. Due to a congenital defect, Starr needed to have her back leg amputated. She gets around great but will need continued support if it's icy or when jumping. Starr is good with other dogs but would not mind living as a solo dog. She is crate trained, seems to be housetrained and is working on her house manners. She is a bit timid when meeting new people and can be standoffish. She will love her person once she finds them. Starr is a sweet girl!

Adoption fee: $400
Weight: 25 lbs.
Birthday: 12/24
