She loves wrestling, playing chase, and joining in on just about any game that helps her burn off energy. A home with a playful canine companion would be a dream come true for this social butterfly.<br/><br/>Stardust can be a little cautious around new men and tends to bond more quickly with women, but she has made great progress with the men in her foster home and continues to gain confidence every day. Once she trusts you, she absolutely loves attention, affection, and treats from her people.<br/><br/>This smart girl is eager to learn and would thrive with a family who enjoys training and spending time together. She would love to learn new commands, go on daily walks, and continue building her confidence through positive experiences.<br/><br/>Like many young, playful dogs, Stardust can get a little mouthy when she's excited and wants to play. Because of this, we think she'd do best in a home with older children, no children, or a family that can closely supervise interactions with younger kids while continuing to teach appropriate play manners. That said, she has done very well with the 6- and 3-year-old children in her foster home and mostly chooses to do her own thing around them.<br/><br/>Stardust isn't a huge fan of going into her crate, but once she's settled in, she's generally quiet through the night until morning when she's ready for a potty break and breakfast. She's also making steady progress with her potty training and does best when she has a consistent routine.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a clever, active, loving dog who will keep you smiling and always be ready for the next adventure, Stardust might just be the perfect match.
