VIP: Star is an affectionate girl who is a real love bug! She is a playful dog but also likes to be by your side. Star is about 2 years of age and very sweet too. She is quite petite and full of energy. Star went on a group dog walk to a local park along with other dogs from the shelter. She was very excited to get out for her walk and was very patient while getting geared up in the lobby. Star rode well in the car uncrated in the backseat and enjoyed her ride. Once at the park, she was excited to meet all the dogs in the group. Star is very friendly and has a playful demeanor! On the walk, she did exhibit prey drive toward squirrels although not unmanageable when redirected. When she gets excited, she loves to snort!! Star<br/>was never claimed by her owner and wants a new home.<br/>Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done. <br/>Adoptions are first come first serve, and no appointment or application is needed.
