Star's Story

Star is the absolute sweetest girl, even after her heart was broken. She was brought to a county animal shelter after her owner died.. she had been alone with her dog friends for over a week. Then, her friends were adopted from the shelter, and she was left behind.. that’s when she came to the rescue.

Star is about 5 years old and around 25lbs, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is incredibly sweet, good with other respectful dogs, ignores cats and is gentle with dog saavy kids. She’s an easygoing gal, good on the leash, housebroken and crate trained. Star enjoys sleeping in the sun, snacks, and cuddles on the couch. She would love a somewhat quiet household and leisurely walks or quality time in the yard with her favorite people. This special girl deserves a new life and loving family to help heal her heart.

*more pictures and video available upon request.. unfortunately, there is an issue with loading media to the Petfinder site.. apologies!
