Stallone is a tiny little scruffy pup that was rescued when his owner who was experiencing homelessness reached out for assistance with finding Stallone a home that could adequately care for him. Stallone is a cheerful, bright-spirited puppy who is social and loving. He has been well cared for in a foster home for the past three weeks and is a total delight!<br/><br/>- Approximately 9-11 weeks old and 3 pounds as of 4/9/26. We believe Stallone will likely be between 12-15 pounds full grown but we cannot guarantee size at maturity.<br/><br/>- Small breed mix, likely Chihuahua/Poodle/Shih Tzu. If you do a DNA test on this cutie, the rescue would love to see the results!<br/><br/>- Playful and curious with other dogs. We prefer small to medium dogs in his future home only because Stallone is so tiny currently. <br/><br/>- Super snuggly and will fall asleep in your lap.<br/><br/>- Raised with a cat. He will definitely try to play with a kitty if there is one in the home. He has an older kitten in his foster home and they playfully wrestle with each other. <br/><br/>- Loves people and is not shy.<br/><br/>- Has been raised with gentle children. Kids ages 8+ if there are kids in your home please, only because he is so small and fragile.<br/><br/>- Working hard on crate and potty training. He knows to use a potty pad if he cannot make it outside or if he stays in his puppy pen and needs to potty. <br/><br/>We are seeking a patient, committed puppy adopter willing to invest the time and training into raising their new best friend. Puppies are a labor of love and you will lose sleep initially while they learn potty training and your routine.<br/><br/>Stallone has had two rounds of puppy vaccines, is microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee includes his neuter surgery between 7-12 months of age at our partner veterinary clinic in Milwaukie or SW Portland.
