She came to rescue when her previous family, who clearly cared for her deeply, could no longer meet her needs due to health challenges.<br/><br/>At first, Squishy was understandably a little sad and missing her people—but with time, patience, and love, she’s blossomed in her foster home. Now, her sweet and affectionate personality shines through every day.<br/><br/>Squishy is a total cuddle bug. Her favorite place in the world? Snuggled up on the couch with her humans, soaking up all the love and attention she can get. She also has a charming little quirk—she is absolutely obsessed with balls! She carries one around everywhere like her “binky,” and it’s guaranteed to make you smile.<br/><br/>She’s doing great in her foster home and has some wonderful habits:<br/><br/>Crate trained and very well behaved<br/>Eats happily in her crate (and needs to—she’d gladly sample everyone else’s meals too!)<br/>Does well with a consistent potty schedule<br/>Gets along with her foster dog siblings<br/><br/>Squishy is spayed, up to date on all her vaccines, and has had her nose and palate surgery to help her breathe comfortably. She also recently had a small growth removed from her back, and she’s healing beautifully.<br/><br/>All Squishy needs now is a forever home where she can keep being her sweet, snuggly self.
