SPRING's Story

✨ ADOPTABLE SPRING ✨
2 years old • Terrier Mix • 18 lbs
Spring is a sweet little girl who loves nothing more than cuddling up with her people. This adorable 18 lb terrier mix has a gentle personality and is happiest when she’s close to someone she loves.
She walks well on leash and does great with other calm, balanced dogs. Cats are unknown. Spring can be a bit of a picky eater, but she is definitely food motivated — especially if plain chicken is involved!
Spring does well in her crate for a few hours when left home alone, though she is still learning to feel comfortable being crated overnight and during meals. Her foster family is continuing to work with her on building confidence and positive associations.
She is very friendly and affectionate, though she can be shy around new people at first. Thankfully, she warms up fairly quickly once she feels safe. Spring is also a little nervous around children, so her foster family has been helping her slowly gain exposure and confidence around them.
Spring would do best in a quieter home with another well-balanced dog and no young children. She would thrive with a family that enjoys lots of snuggles and isn’t away from home for long hours each day.
She is fully potty trained, though she prefers not to use the yard and instead likes going out for walks to do her business, so multiple daily walks are important for her routine.
Spring is a very loving little dog who will make a truly special addition to the right home.
Please fill out the adoption application on our website if you’d like to meet the sweetest girl Spring
