MEET SPOT! STATS: 9 months old, spayed, American Staffy Mix, 37 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a little timid initially, but once I feel comfortable I am spunky and sweet! I am not as energetic as a lot of my dog friends - I have more of a dainty playstyle. I will totally melt in your arms though! WHAT I LOVE: I love spending quiet time with my humans, curling up for a good nap, and playing gently and just hanging out with my chill dog friends! KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the staff thinks I would do well older kids who don’t overwhelm or scare me. I can be very timid at first, so I would need children old enough and respectful enough to understand that. OTHER DOGS: I am dog friendly, but I prefer more chill and laid-back dogs that don’t get too rowdy! I go to the gentle and dainty playgroup at the shelter! CATS: Unknown HER MATCH: I would love a family that can help me gain the confidence I need! Although I am nervous when things overwhelm me, I am never mean about it and just need some reassurance. I want to be a brave and confident puppy, I just need someone to show me how! I would do great with another dog that can show me the ropes and help me learn how to be a dog!
