After spending the beginning of his life on the chain, Spike did not know of all the great things life had to offer. He came to us as a very timid boy, but is quickly coming out of his shell.<br/><br/>Spike loves to play with toys and cuddle on the couch. He is still a puppy at heart and is learning that only toys are to play with, not hands or arms. Despite his puppy antics, he has great house manners and does well for short periods in the crate.<br/><br/>Spike has done well meeting new people and dogs. Spike enjoys walks, but can get a bit weary when straying too far from home. He is also spooked by loud noises or new things (like drain vents or bags blowing in the wind).
