Speck is a 7.5-year-old, 37 pound Frenchie who loves snuggles, massages and following you around the house.<br/><br/>Speck has been such a fast learner - he's picking up on housebreaking amazingly quickly and learning to do steps for the first time! Speck has loved on everyone he has met so far, and he's just an adorable little mush! He has listened when told to stop eating something he shouldn't and is treat motivated.<br/><br/>Some of Speck's favorite things have been pulling his kitty sibling's tunnels around by their puffball string and running around in the backyard.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a love bug that just wants snuggles, Speck might be your perfect match!<br/><br/>Speck is currently being fostered in Huntington Station, NY, and his adoption fee is $600.<br/><br/>Speck is a Patron Pup. Patron Pups have higher adoption fees due to varying reasons and are adopted quickly, even with these higher adoption fees. They may be purebred, a highly desirable breed, small in size fully grown, etc. These fees allow them to act as patrons to other pets in our care who may not be as adoptable, or have ongoing costs for medical care, contributing to a longer time in rescue, and therefore a higher cost for us to care for them. Patron Pups allow us to continue rescuing these other animals and give them a better chance at finding their forever homes as well. <br/><br/>To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt<br/><br/>All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. <br/><br/>We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
