She is such a love bug and will bond to her owner quickly. Because of that S<br/>parrow can be a bossy lady and likes to be the absolute center of attention. So she needs to be placed in a home with no other dogs so she can be the Queen of the castle! Her foster mom says she is a complete joy to foster and wants nothing more than to be near you hanging out!
