Spanx, born 7/19/25, Chi mix and weighs under 20 lbs. Loves dogs and kids. The adoption covers the spay, microchip with lifetime registration, vaccinations (which include DHLPPC, Lyme, Bordetella & Rabies) dewormings and heartworm/lyme testing. Spanx is participating in the cell dog program which is where the dog stays at the prison with a dog handler working on basic obedience and house, crate, and leash training. It’s an amazing program! We require applications to be completed before meet and greets to save time for our volunteers. All of our animals are located in local foster homes. You can apply for an animal on our website at www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org. We review applications and contact approved adopters to arrange a meet and greet. Because we are 100% volunteer and foster based, this streamlines the process for our volunteers.
