Sophie is a beautiful, retired breeder shih tzu who is 5 years old. She weighs about 10 pounds and will have her vetting and spay done before adoption. She is mostly house broken with only an accident every now and then on a puppy pad. She loves to run in a fenced in backyard. Leash training is still in progress, and a harness is a must. She will go into her crate at night but prefers to sleep in a pillow fort on your bed with you and any other animals cats or dogs. Whether she tolerates small children is unknown. She is a bit stubborn about coming inside, waiting for you to pick her up at the door. She loves big soft toys, especially ones that crinkle. She is not food driven and has yet to take a treat from us, so trust will take time.
