Ex: work at home, retired, at home parent, work opposite, etc)<br/><br/>4/24/26-Sonny has been in his foster home for two weeks and is doing great! He was neutered yesterday and everything went well. He sleeps all night in his crate and is doing an amazing job with housebreaking. He just has had a few accidents- I’m going to blame some of them on me for not paying good attention. He isn’t a big fan of the car yet though. I have found he does best in a crate in the car with a familiar face nearby. He has only been in the car a couple times so he probably just needs more experience with it to become more comfortable. He is becoming a playful boy who loves playing with toys and occasionally stealing a slipper or shoe. He continues to do well with my small dogs and cat. Sonny is an absolute sweetheart who would love a family to call his own. He is now ready for his new home! <br/><br/>4/12/26-Sonny is such a handsome and sweet boy! He was quite scared when he arrived on Friday, but has quickly adjusted to his new life of freedom. He has been sleeping through the night in his crate just fine. He makes a couple crying howls shortly after he goes in, but then quickly settles down. He is doing great with my two chihuahuas and cat and has begun to play with toys. He enjoys lounging on the couch and getting lots of pets. He is doing well with walking on a leash once he gets started. He gets a little nervous getting the harness and leash on, but once he gets into the driveway he does great. He is a wonderful, lovable and happy boy! <br/><br/>4/10/26-Sonny has arrived! He is a sweet 6 month old, 25 pound mini Australian Shepherd that came in from a commercial breeder as he just got too old to sell. We estimate he will be about 35 lbs full size. This poor boy was so stinky and covered in urine, so an immediate bath was a must. Even though he is scared and unsure of his new surroundings, he did very well. Already on the couch and playing with toys. He has his pre-neuter appointment on Wednesday 4/22 & his neuter on Thursday 4/23. Once his is neutered he will be ready for his new home.
