I'm Sonic, and my journey from the streets of Mexico, recovering from a car accident, has shaped me into a loving, spunky, and always-hungry canine companion.

Neutered, vaccinated, and fully potty trained – I've conquered it all. Despite a challenging past, I've adapted to a new life with three casts and a spirited attitude. Good with dogs most of the time, I've mastered the art of walking on a leash, whether it's strolling or riding in my stroller.

Extremely cuddly and affectionate, I'm a loving member of my immediate family. I might be somewhat playful and moderately independent, but I truly shine in a home with a set routine and a strong, confident leader. I get along with other dogs, even though I prefer sniffing over playing, and I'm not a fan of loud noises or new things.

In my ideal home, routine is key, and a more controlled environment without children is a must. A quiet setting would suit me best, and a family willing to be responsible around strangers is crucial. I enjoy the backyard, especially watching squirrels, but walks are my absolute favorite, even with a slight limp from my healing leg.

Despite my initial caution with new people, I'm curious and social, thriving in the company of my pack. I have a great relationship with my crate, love treats, and exhibit minimal anxiety.
