SONG's Story

This beautiful girl is Song! She was surrendered to the shelter on 5/6 because her family lost their home. Her former family did note that Song is house-trained, good with children, and good with other dogs! Song is a little sad and scared in the loud, overwhelming shelter. The volunteers describe Song as sweet, but shy and she hides in her kennel. If you have a soft spot for the dogs who don't show well and may be overlooked, please come meet Song!

Song is approximately 3 years old, and she weighs 48 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, has been spayed, and did test negative for heartworms. She will be microchipped upon adoption. Song is waiting patiently in kennel 810; her ID # is 18795.

Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.

This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136.
