I’m a very sweet girl with a huge amount of energy, and I’m definitely a door‑dasher, so I’ll need a securely fenced yard. I love chasing squirrels in my foster parents’ yard and running, playing, and wrestling with the other small dogs in my foster home. When I finally wear myself out, I’m happiest curled up on my foster mom’s lap for snuggles.<br/>I was groomed three weeks ago, and I’ll need regular grooming to keep me looking cute (and to keep the hair out of my eyes). I do need to be in a home with another dog or dogs. I’m mostly potty trained and will use a potty pad if needed.<br/>I’m still learning my manners and don’t always come when called, so I’ll need some basic training. I love to chew, so having plenty of toys around is a must. I sleep in my crate at night with no issues, just remember I can bark very loudly when I want out of my crate. I enjoy car rides. On walks, I pull like a little sled dog, so more leash training will help. I like watching TV but get very excited when animals appear on the screen. I will bark at the animals on the TV screen. I sometimes jump up for attention and may puppy‑nip when I’m excited — my foster parents are helping me learn better manners. Do you have the love, patience, and time to help a young girl like me grow up well?<br/>If you’re ready for a fun, loving, energetic companion, I might be the perfect match. I’m 8 months old, weigh about 15 pounds, and I’m still growing. My adoption fee is $400 plus $18 sales tax, for a total of $418. This fee helps cover my vet care, including my heartworm test, rabies vaccine, DHPPL, Bordetella, spay, dental work if I still have baby teeth, and microchipping.
