Whole heart. No chill.<br/><br/>She is the kind of dog who will follow you from room to room like it's her full-time job (because, in her mind, it is). Sit down? She's in your lap. Move? She's right behind you. Make eye contact? Congratulations, you've just been chosen as her entire world.<br/><br/>And when she's happy-which is often-she celebrates with the most chaotic, joyful zoomies like she just won the lottery... even after everything she's been through.<br/><br/>Because Bunny has been through it.<br/><br/>After an IVDD episode that required four months of crate rest (yes, four... months... for a dog with this much personality), she came out the other side still soft, still loving, still ready to give her whole heart away. She's since had PDLA surgery to help prevent future issues, and she's expected to go on living a happy, normal, zoomie-filled life.<br/><br/>And somehow, through all of that... she didn't harden.<br/>She didn't shut down.<br/>She just decided to love harder.<br/><br/>Bunny is listed as an only dog-not because she's done anything wrong-but because she feels things big. Other dogs can make her anxious, and truthfully? She doesn't need them. She wants her person. Her couch. Her spotlight. Badass Bulldog Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
All potential adopters must complete an application for each pup they are interested in. (The link is located at the bottom of the bio on PetFinder.) Adopters are required to complete the application in full. Failure to be thorough will result in denial. Adopters are required to have ALL pets up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm/flea preventative. We conduct vet checks, phone screens, meet and greets, and a home visit for the final step. All steps are completed in this order.
