Snickers Basset Hound Mix Okmulgee, OK

Snickers is approximately 7 month old female Basset Mix. Found roaming the streets of Okmulgee with a pack of dogs, several of which were also Basset Mixes. She is in a foster home where she has been crate trained and puppy pad trained. She likes other dogs, but does show resource guarding over a bowl of food and prefers to eat in private in her crate. Snickers is still trying to warm up to humans. Could you be the one true love Snickers is looking for?

Adoption fee includes full vetting: spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention and heartworm test if over 6 months of age. Adoptions of large dogs over 20 lbs. must have a fully fenced-in yard, so they can have ample play off-leash, safely.

In one heartworm-positive pet's kennel, 7 of 10 mosquitoes will be heartworm positive, thus it is important to ensure pets' safety.
