Snickers <br/>10 months, neutered male, 10 lbs<br/>Minpin mix<br/><br/>LIKES: Playing with toys, fetch and being carried like a parrot on your shoulder, dogs of all sizes, and naps on laps.<br/><br/>DISLIKES: Bathing and walking on a leash (but learning)<br/><br/>PERSONALITY TRAITS: Snickers is very play oriented and still very much a puppy. He is curious about everything and warms up to people quickly. He is focused on his foster bros (dogs) and likes to be where they are (his foster family dogs are 70#/ 35# and they have tons of fun together). He likes to settle in to a cozy blanket on a lap for naps. Snickers can also play solo with his favorite toys or fetch with his human.<br/><br/>He also is an alert dog and does bark and investigate. He is easily distracted and will settle down when held and snuggled.<br/><br/>POTTY TRAINING STATUS: No accidents over night in kennel. Does well outside when kept on regular schedule. Getting outside and not being distracted is a struggle... but he seems to be motivated by treats.<br/><br/>CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Snickers goes in a kennel easily and sleeps all night inside without issue or accidents. Might alert if hears sounds or the other dogs go near his kennel. If he doesn’t settle he needs to potty. After a trip out he will snuggle on your neck and give kisses then in the kennel he goes and into his bed with blankets. Sleeps all night! <br/><br/>EXTRAS/MISC.: Snickers is a sweet, loving and playful pup. He is quick to make friends both dog and human! He is learning to use a harness and leash (he is not sure how to walk while leashed) he prefers to be carried . He does like to walk close to his human while off leash in the back yard. Snickers will be great in a family with kids or another dog to play with. He would also be a great solo companion. He is very fast but doesn’t seem to run away from his foster family when playing.
