Sneaux (snow)

Meet Sneaux (pronounced Snow with a little twist) - this big fluffy girl is currently located in Louisiana. She is a spayed 5 year old girl who gets along well with cats, dogs and loves the kiddos. This big girl is just a sweetheart looking for a new forever family. Her previous family were working on a home renovation and Sneaux and the other family dog get wandering off the property, exploring the neighborhoods. The owners just felt it would be best to rehome them before they got hurt. He has been staying with our partner, Keri in Louisiana hanging with the Grandkids, playing with the other dogs and just enjoying life but she needs a forever home to call her own.

If you are interested, please reach out to us at NYSRR.com PLEASE NOTE: most of our dogs, are NOT local. We partner with a rescue group in Louisiana that helps these dogs before they ever end up in a shelter. Once a foster or adopter is found, we bring the dogs up to the Northeast on paid transport. This cost is included in our adoption fee.

We mention this because adopting a dog you have not personally met is not for everyone and we understand and respect that. We also ask that our adopters live within a 60-mile radius of Long Island (we have made exceptions for the right match). You may wonder why we have this geographic requirement. Simply put, most of our volunteers and professional resources are located on Long Island, and we want to be available to our adopters and dogs if help is ever needed.
