Low. Cute. Hilarious. A little dumb. That's this sweet dopey dude. Just a treat and treasure. He is being fostered with dogs and cats and just loves all people he's ever met. He is a love bug and just happy to be wherever he is at that time. His body is deceivingly wee! His face and head are large, but then he's got a small, tiny body!
