Hello! My name is slugger and I’m a 5 month old shepherd mix. Who knows what the mix is. Let’s just say I’d be a fun dog to have a dna test done! Not much is known about my life before I came into a foster home other than I was found as a stray and may have lived most or all my life outside. But I gotta say being a house dog is where it’s at! I’m having the most fun learning what it’s like to live with a family. There’s kids, other dogs, and kitties here and they are all so much fun to play with. I really love other dogs and my ideal home would have another dog to play with. It would help me gain more confidence as I continue to learn the ropes . Can’t wait to meet my forever family!

Adoption includes:

Spay or neuter
Heartworm test
Age appropriate vaccines
Rabies (if old enough)
Bordetella
Age appropriate wormer
Flea Preventative
Heartworm preventative
Microchip w/registration

We cannot hold animals more than 7 days after we approve an application, as we don't want them to miss out on a forever home.
Adopters are required to come to us to meet the pets. We cannot ship or transport animals.
