Slugger (neutered male)<br/>10 months - Labrador mix (51lbs) - stray<br/>He has shorter legs<br/><br/>From the staff:<br/>Slugger has a lot of puppy energy, doesn’t obey on a leash unless you’re correcting him with a treat. Does do well with other dogs but is possessive over food and enticing bones.<br/><br/>He was evaluated by Cortney at Stands Alone Canine Solutions (Savannah, MO) and he is more than happy to work with the adopter on this issue and he does believe it can be fixed! <br/><br/>Slugger has grown up in a shelter with very little interaction so he’s learning very slowly.
