Meet Slinky! 🐾<br/>Slinky is a handsome 1-year-old male Chiweenie weighing just 8 pounds. This curious little ginger boy is full of love, energy, and personality. He’s very active and would thrive in an active household with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore and play. Slinky would do best as the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the attention he deserves. Slinky absolutely loves stuffed animals, toys, and anything fun to chew on, especially bully sticks and nylabones. He’s currently learning leash manners and tends to pull because he’s so excited to explore the world around him, so a comfortable vest-style harness would be the best option for walks. This lovable pup is also learning how wonderful snuggling can be and is making great progress. At bedtime, Slinky sleeps quietly in a crate in his foster mom’s bedroom. Because of his active nature, he would not be a good fit for a sedentary household. Slinky is looking for a family ready to keep up with his playful spirit and give him the love, structure, and activity he needs to thrive. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on monthly preventative. Slinky’s adoption fee is $400.
