Sleepy Hound Orange, VA

**HE IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN OUR CANINE COFFEEWOOD PROGRAM**


Sleepy was such a shy guy months when he came to us along with 6 other Hounds (Our 7 Dwarfs!!). He was so dirty and infested with fleas and ticks!

Sleepy is a fabulously silly and gentle, 4 year old Hound. He has become one of our "GO TO HOUNDS" when we want to set up play groups and social time with other dogs. He is fabulous with puppies and so patient! Sleepy loves to run and loves to play with any stuffed toy he can find. He is still working on his leash walking skills. His shyness has been replaced with an eagerness to greet new people. He likes a slow and easy approach but quickly finds himself adapting to new situations!

Sleepy most likely has lived his entire life in a kennel. So he will need a patient adopter as he settles into living in a home environment and learns the potty training routine. Sleepy would LOVE to have a 4 legged Best Friends that will he can pal around with!
Sleepy is neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested and is current on all vaccines including rabies. He has been given a dewormer and started on flea/tick prevention.
