Skippy--COMING SOON's Story

Meet Skippy! I am coming soon! I am not quite ready yet since they are healing up a significant wound on my back and I’m overcoming a cold. I am in foster care at Jill’s house until I am all better. I am only 19 pounds and they think I’m a rat terrier or Jack Russell mix. I am about 4 or 5 years old. They are just starting to know my true personality since I was quite sick. I am turning more active l am feeling much better and wanting to fetch. I like to have people around so someone home a lot is helpful. I was one of 15 small breed dogs that were dumped on Project Rd in Brunswick county that the shelter trapped a few weeks ago. I am neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. They will let you know when it’s official and I can be adopted. I am not ready for visitors yet. So just send Get Better Soon wishes.
