Skippy

Skippy is a friendly little lady at about 40 lbs and about 1 year old. She is very sweet and enjoys ear scratches and cuddling up to her favorite people. Skippy is a smart girl who is treat motivated, but sometimes is a little more shy with new people. Give her a few minutes to warm up and offer her a gentle hand and she will be your best friend. Since she's still young, she needs someone with a guiding hand to show her that the world isn't such a scary place. Skippy could use some consistency in her life regarding socializing and manners, but we believe she will be a quick study. She's lived with another dog and does well with her, and she's met a few new dogs and takes a little bit of time to warm up. Otherwise she has shown she's done well with them. We are unsure of her history with kids or cats, but we hope she could do well with proper guidance and reassurance. <br/><br/>She's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives.
