She loves meeting new people just as much as she loves spending time with the people she already knows and trusts. She is very affectionate and enjoys belly rubs and attention. She is eager to please and thrives on companionship. After being crated for a while, she can be quite energetic until she has had a chance to use that energy then she is happy to chill. One of her most impressive talents is jumping straight up nearly 4 feet in the air when she is happy and excited! Sissy is working on not jumping up on people when she's feeling that enthusiastic. Sissy is also working on her leash and house training and like any young pup would benefit from basic skills classes. Sissy loves a car ride and is crate trained. She is a playful young pup and loves to wrestle with her doggie friends. She has shown interest in cats when introduced. Her busy foster home included adults, kids, other pups and cats. Sissy is not overly vocal but will give a bark to alert her humans about company coming.<br/><br/>Some of her background: Sissy was dumped at her foster’s house late at night right before a big winter storm. She was heavily pregnant at the time and delivered a week later. She was a wonderful mother to her puppies and cared for them with much patience and love. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence.
