Sissy's Story
Sissy is a young Catahoula or possibly a hound mix. She has the eye speckling characteristic of Catahoulas, but is much smaller, so she may have some Beagle in her. She's the perfect size at 39 pounds - not too big and not too small. She was a Louisiana stray and heartworm negative, so she's ready for her new home. Sissy is a young dog (about a year and a half old), and she would be great for a family looking for a very playful and friendly dog. Her foster mom says she loves toys, playing fetch, and going on walks, but she'll settle in a dog bed if you're sitting at the computer or watching TV. She is fully house-trained and sleeps in her crate through the night. She's a very sweet dog who gets along with everyone in her foster family, including their two small dogs. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and we will get right back to you.
