"Gentle Soul" is the very best way to describe my personality. Hi, I’m Simba, a senior shepherd mix with the softest heart you’ll ever encounter I’ve been through a bit lately. My owner died, and I was brought to the shelter by family who couldn't give me the life they thought I deserved. When I arrived, I had a pretty painful skin infection that caused a lot of my fur to fall out. But good news... I’m healing beautifully and making huge strides every day! My glow-up is well underway. <br/><br/>I’m the sweetest boy who’s ready to enjoy the calmer side of life. I do the sweetest commands - sit and shake! At this stage, I’m not really into wild play sessions — I’d much rather spend my time relaxing, soaking up love, and enjoying peaceful companionship. I’d prefer to be the only dog so I can have all your attention, but I could potentially live with a very mellow, respectful dog who understands that I’m not interested in roughhousing. <br/><br/>What am I interested in?
