Sierra - beautiful Bernese mix

MEET SIERRA!<br/><br/>Sierra is a 5-year-old, approx. 90-pound Bernese/Anatolian mix girl who came from a family in Montana who were unable to give her the care and attention she needs. She was kept outside too much, but her rescuers have been working with her, integrating her into their foster family with dog walks, belly rubs, brushing sessions and lots of love.<br/><br/>Sierra is a working/herding/guard dog but is also a very cuddly teddy bear who loves people and has done well around children.<br/><br/>She does have protective/guarding tendencies that seem to have been exacerbated by her situation at her former home. We think she'd do best in a house with a fenced yard, and without other dogs or pets. However, she has also made HUGE progress on her dog walks and will benefit from ongoing training.<br/><br/>Sierra loves being brushed, hanging out with her people and getting lots of belly rubs.
