Meet Sid

Sid is a sweet, energetic boy looking for his forever family. He was surrendered to local animal control, who then reached out to see if we could take Sid into our rescue and find him a perfect home.

Sid is an Australian Shepherd Mix, weighing between 25-30 lbs. Sid is a typical Aussie mix- he can be anxious and hyper. He needs a home familiar with the endearing behavior of herding breeds. At this time Sid should be the only pet in his home. He would be fine with kids 12+.

Sid is a young adult (our vet thinks 3-4 years old). He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and have tested negative for heartworm. Sid recently tested positive for Lyme and Anaplasmosis (two tick-borne diseases) and has completed a course of antibiotcs. Sid is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
