He is crate trained, potty trained, and very responsive to commands. Shuffle thinks he’s a lap dog and loves being as close to his people as possible, soaking up all the affection he can get. He is very polite when meeting new people and does not jump, making him a joy to have around in any setting. He is wonderful with kids and does great in public environments. He has even attended a basketball game where he remained calm, happy, and well-behaved. <br/><br/>While he adores companionship, he is also comfortable being left alone and shows no signs of separation anxiety. Like any young dog, he still has some playful puppy tendencies, such as mouthing when he wants to play, but he is highly receptive to training and has already made great progress with this and with leash pulling. Shuffle is friendly with other dogs and just wants to play—his current leg injury limits him a bit, but it hasn’t dampened his joyful spirit. He loves flinging his toys into the air and chasing after them with enthusiasm. Overall, Shuffle is a loving, affectionate, and well-rounded pup who will make an amazing companion for a lucky family.
