Sherry Maltipoo Marana, AZ

Sherry came to us from AHS where she was at risk due to her ruptured eye. She has since had it removed and will soon being having her other eye removed which was non-visual. She also got a dental cleaning (with spay) so medically will be in great shape when she is adoption ready. She has recovered well from her previous surgeries and adapted pretty easily to her foster home. She would prefer a quiet low-key home with seniors her size. She is very sweet and loves tummy rubs and all people. She loves cuddling and is not a barker at all. She is completely housebroken and will go potty when brought outside but does not use the dog door (yet)...she might adjust with time and comfort. She is fine in a crate though does not need to be crated, and does not seem to be leash trained likely due to vision challenges. She is a good eater and a bit protective of her food. She is amazing in that she can get up and down off the couch even though she is totally blind and is overall pretty independent. Sherry is estimated as 8 years old and is about 9 lbs.
