SHELBY - F / Doberman mix / 8 years Shelby is an adorable Doberman mix who, through no fault of her own, is looking for a new home. She's 8 years old and the sweetest girl. She has lots of energy but also loves cuddling up under the covers and having a snooze. She experiences separation anxiety, so she needs a family who will be home with her most of the time and is committed to helping her through this. Shelby is great with kids and would love to have a secure backyard where she can play. She was attacked by another dog a few years ago (she has a scar on her stomach) and has been very wary of new dogs since then—so she should be the only dog in her new home. If you're interested in welcoming Shelby into your family, please complete an application with Tiegan's Place. There will be a rehoming fee of $200.

The adoption process includes a phone interview, virtual meet and greet (when possible), and virtual home visit. All adoption fees support the veterinary and travel costs for Tiegan's Place rescue dogs.
