Sheilah came to us from an Amish breeding farm along with several other small dogs. While she is understandably shy and timid, beneath her cautious exterior is a sensitive soul who wants nothing more than to feel safe and loved.<br/><br/>Sheilah allows all handling and has been nothing but sweet with everyone she meets, though new experiences are still be scary for her. At a busy adoption event, she showed just how affectionate she can be, spending her time cuddled up on volunteers' laps and soaking up the comfort of gentle snuggles.<br/><br/>Sheilah is looking for a patient, understanding family willing to help her continue building confidence at her own pace.
