Sheba's Story

Meet Sheba!

This gentle giant has quickly become a staff and volunteer favorite. A calm gentle loyal girl, she still finds some energy for zoomies and playtime and loves her walks. She came to us with her tiny housemate Wesley from a crowded county shelter when their elderly owner could no longer care for them- they like hanging out together but aren't bonded or stressed when separated so would be fine adopted or fostered together or separately. She has some arthritis we are treating but overall in pretty good shape for an old lady, on the thin side at 65lbs, and just had a dental cleaning and full senior work up. She might need some adjustment on housebreaking and wasn't able to be taken out often as her owner's health failed so will likely have some accidents and need some confinement and supervision as she gets into a routine. She looks like a wolf/polar bear hybrid, but she's probably more of a white shepherd/husky/malamute type since we don't see too many polar bears around;)
Please submit a foster or adoption application, this sweet senior would love to get out of the shelter soon! Primary Color: White Age: 9yrs 0mths 3wks Animal has been Spayed
