will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time).
Sebastian was brought into rescue at just two weeks old when a good Samaritan intervened and prevented Sebastian, his siblings and his very ill Momma from being sold out of the back of a truck. Sebastian is
leash trained, good with people, kids and other dogs. He loves rolling around with his foster canine brother. Sebastian is crate trained and sleeps in his crate all night. He's a serious snuggler and loves being cuddled. Sebastian knows basic commands and is continuing to work on other commands. He is really well

behaved and sweet.
