Seattle's Story

We would love for you to meet Seattle She is about three months old, is spayed and is currently living in a foster home. We were told that Seattle is possibly a lab/Australian shepherd mix but we cannot guarantee a breed. After reading all about this sweetheart, please email us at pets@michianapets.org if you'd like to adopt her! She does have a few adoption requirements so please read through until the end.<br/><br/>"Seattle is definitely more shy when it comes of affection but LOVES to play. She gets the best zoomies and is so fast. Her one ear always stands at attention so she knows when mischief is afoot. And she's prepared to bark at it. We are working on potty-training and she is crate-trained at night." -Seattle's foster mom. <br/><br/>Seattle will be a "foster-to-adopt" for two weeks. She will need whoever adopts her to allow her time to learn to trust. We'd like to ensure her adjustment is successful, and we are here to guide her adopters. Seattle MUST be adopted into a home with another dog who is friendly and welcoming. She really shines brighter and relaxes around other dogs. Children should be about 10ish and older. Seattle's adopter should be familiar with and experienced in handling under-socialized dogs. We think she'd love someone interested in training so she can learn many valuable things
