Scooter

Scooter is a sweet little guy. We estimate him to be about 7 years old, 14 pounds. He looks like a Jack Russell Terrier mix. He came to us when his owner suffered a change in circumstances and could no longer care for him. He can be shy at first and prefers to meet people on his level. Once he trusts you, he loves to climb into your lap and give kisses. JRT's are very fast, energetic dogs and Scooter should be considered a flight risk until he gets comfortable and settled in his new home. He is up to date on his vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm disease and because he has already been neutered, his adoption fee is only $20. He will need a dental cleaning in the near future.
